The Northeast Elite Soccer League is a cooperative among four State Associations in USASA Region I. The initial season includes teams from the following states & leagues:
- Eastern New York State Soccer Association – Cosmopolitan Soccer League
- Eastern Pennsylvania Soccer Association – United Soccer League
- Maryland State Soccer Association – Maryland Major Soccer League
- New Jersey Soccer Association – Garden State Soccer League
